?涂層膜厚
寶鋼彩涂產(chǎn)品的膜厚嚴(yán)格按照寶鋼Q/BQB440相關(guān)條款進(jìn)行管理。例如，市場(chǎng)上需求量最大的寶鋼普通聚酯彩涂鋼板，其上表面總膜厚保證≥20μm（微米）。
為了保證產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)保年限，寶鋼部分產(chǎn)品（高耐候聚酯產(chǎn)品、氟碳等）也會(huì)提高相應(yīng)的膜厚控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（膜厚控制目標(biāo)：高耐候22um（微米），氟碳23um（微米）。

In order to ensure the warranty life of products, some of Baosteel products (high weather resistance polyester products, fluorocarbon, etc.) will also improve the corresponding membrane thickness control standards (membrane thickness control target: high weather resistance 22um (micron), fluorocarbon 23um (micron).
?質(zhì)保年限
寶鋼氟碳和高耐候產(chǎn)品分別提供20年和15年的質(zhì)保年限。該兩種質(zhì)保提供對(duì)彩涂鋼板涂層顏色變化、光澤變化、涂層完整性等的保證。這些變化指的是彩涂鋼板整個(gè)使用壽命周期中前期發(fā)生的變化－－涂層變化，還未對(duì)鍍層鋼板造成實(shí)質(zhì)性的損壞。
彩涂鋼板在建筑物構(gòu)件中的整個(gè)使用壽命包括：涂層失光-->涂層變色-->涂層粉化-->涂層開(kāi)裂-->涂層起泡-->白銹（鍍層腐蝕）-->紅銹（鋼板腐蝕)-->鋼板穿孔-->彩涂鋼板失去作用。
