pet的中文意思是聚對(duì)苯二甲酸類塑料，日常稱之為聚酯。PET的原料是聚酯，主要成分為聚對(duì)苯二甲酸丁二酯PBT樹脂和聚對(duì)苯二甲酸乙二酯PET，這些成分通過機(jī)器的高溫?cái)D壓就形成了PET。

1.熱鍍鋅鋼板
熱鍍鋅（牌號(hào)Q195、SPCC、DC01)基板的含鋅量一般為180g/m2（雙面），建筑外用熱鍍鋅基板的鍍鋅量最高為275g/m2。熱鍍鋅pet覆膜板除具有鋅的保護(hù)作用外，表面上的PET材料還起了隔絕保護(hù)、防止生銹的作用，使用壽命比熱鍍鋅板更長,還有杰出的沖擊機(jī)能以及杰出的延長率以及屈服值，由這一基板制成的覆膜鋼板一般應(yīng)用在建筑、裝飾等行業(yè)。
1. Hot-plated galvanized steel plate

2.熱鍍鋁鋅鋼板
以熱鍍鋁鋅鋼板（55%AI-Zn和5%AI-Zn，牌號(hào)DC51D+AZ、DC52D+AZ、S250GD+AZ)為基板具有輕質(zhì)、美觀和良好的防腐蝕性能，又可直接加工，與熱鍍鋅鋼板的工藝基本酷似，區(qū)分就在于表面的鋅層含量成分不一樣，表面鋅化現(xiàn)象也有很大的區(qū)別，其他方面基本沒有差距,耐候性以及壽命優(yōu)于鍍鋅鋼板。
2. Hot-plated aluminum-galvanized steel plate

3.鋁板
以鋁板(牌號(hào)1060、3003、3004、5052）為基板一般是特殊行業(yè)用，因?yàn)楸旧礓X板的價(jià)錢很高，所以只有特別行業(yè)選擇：制冷、保暖、殺毒等等行業(yè)。沖擊性能：優(yōu)良，可以有形、無形的沖擊、折彎。
3. Aluminum board

4.冷軋板
冷軋板是沒有退火的的鋼板，也是鍍鋅鋼板、鍍鋁鋅鋼板的前身。本鋼板沖擊機(jī)能很低，材質(zhì)硬度很高，屈服值以及延長率很低。以冷軋為基板的覆膜鋼板，雖然具有冷軋板的加工性能，但是PET材料被劃傷把冷軋基板暴露在空氣中，從而使露鐵處很快生成紅銹。因此這類產(chǎn)品只能用于要求不高的臨時(shí)隔離措施和作室內(nèi)用材。
4. Cold rolling plate
Cold-rolled plates are unannealed steel plates and the predecessor of galvanized and aluminum-galvanized steel plates.This steel plate has a very low impact function, a very high material hardness, and the yield value and extension rate are very low.Although the coated steel sheet with the cold rolled substrate has the processing performance of the cold rolled plate, the PET material is scratched to expose the cold rolled substrate to the air, thus quickly producing red rust at the exposed iron place.Therefore, such products can only be used for undemanding temporary isolation measures and for indoor materials.
pet覆膜板的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是：
